Speaker: Ronald Mak, Senior Manager, Assurance - EG1

Ronald is a senior manager of Pricew aterhouseCoopers. He has more than 11 years of experience in providing assurance services to listed and MNCs in Hong Kong, Mainland China and the Southeast Asia including Singapore and Malaysia. He joined Pricew aterhouseCoopers in 2010 and has experience has developed extensive know ledge in areas of audit and
IPO in Hong Kong and the US. Ronald is a member of CPA Australia.


Ronald is involved in providing assurance services to a w ide range of clients in various industries, including f intech, e-commerce, apparel and industrial products manufacturing and retailing and construction. Ronald also has experience in IPOs and providing capital market transactions to a number of listed companies in Hong Kong, Mainland China and
Singapore. Ronald has a number of successful IPO experience for listing in Hong Kong and the US, and w orked on the audit of various listed companies. He is very familiar w ith cross-border and multinational client and projects, and has good know ledge on IFRS, US GAAP and PCAOB standards.
