Who are we?

Gusto Collective is Asia’s first brandtech holding company and we drive value and growth for brands though immersive and engaging customer experiences within the spheres of AR, the metaverse and NFTs.

The Web2 world (currently dominated by the large internet platforms) will be morphing into the Web3 world in the future.  Web3 is more decentralized and will be dominated by blockchain technologies, incorporating AR/VR/mixed reality technologies.

The evolution of web3 is inevitable, and more and more brands and corporate are trying to adopt it. This opens up many opportunities for company like Gusto to help with the transformation.

What will you learn from our sharing session?

We want to tell you about the exciting opportunities that technology is enabling, how brands will be interacting with people using new media like augmented reality (AR), metahumans and the emerging metaverse.

Graduate positions

Gusto Collective’s subsidiary Gusto Labs is experiencing 100% growth so often have job openings for Web, Unity and blockchain developers, business analysts, community marketing managers (focus on the new web3 way of marketing), etc.

We are currently looking for final year / masters students to join our teams in:

  • Creative (interested in UI/UX, 3D modelling, content production)
  • Tech (Unity Developer / Web3D developer / Backend / System Analyst)
  • Business (Consultant, Product Manager / Project Coordinator)

Of course, besides purely technical expertise, the core characteristics we look for is someone who has the passion and proactively wants to explore the web3 space, is eager to learn, and is obsessed with quality.  We need our candidates to fit into our dynamic and tight-knit team.


We are welcome non-final year students interested in Web3 / creative technologies to apply for summer internships / off-cycle internships.
